Who uses Wellness.com

Local healthcare and wellness providers (specialists, dental, mental health, senior care and other facilities) are listed, partly from compiled public records. Reviewers are members who post opinions about providers.

Claim your profile

  1. Search the directory to see whether your practice is already listed.
  2. If it is not, create a new profile and fill in the applicable information.
  3. Create a member profile to claim your professional profile.
  4. Email support@wellness.com so the team can confirm the link between your member profile and your professional profile.
  5. To confirm ownership of the listing, publish the free Wellness Verified widget on your website (or ask Wellness.com to set it up).

Replying to reviews

A provider who has created a member profile and claimed the professional page can respond directly to reviews.

  • Responding requires a claimed profile.
  • Do not confirm that a reviewer is a patient or discuss any care details in a public reply. HHS's Office for Civil Rights settled with a California dental practice over patients' protected health information it disclosed when responding to online reviews.

Review rules

In our own words. The official page is the rule that applies.

  • Wellness.com treats ratings as member opinions and says it does not edit them or check them for accuracy.
  • Defamatory reviews that serve no purpose for the community and aim to damage a reputation violate its publishing policies.
  • Site administrators may remove any review that does not comply with the publishing policies.
  • The site may remove user content it considers inappropriate, and it describes itself as a passive platform for others' content.
  • It does not remove listings of active practices; it removes only listings for businesses or professionals that do not exist.

Reporting a review

Wellness.com's own process, step by step.

  1. Find the 'report this' link in the lower right-hand corner of the review.
  2. Use it to dispute the review; site administrators decide whether it breaks the publishing policies.
  3. To report a listing for a business or professional that does not exist, use the 'report this' link on that profile.

Tips

  • Check your listing and update anything that is wrong; Wellness.com says the public records it uses can contain mistakes and that it fixes them when told.
  • Claim your profile so you can answer reviews directly.
  • Reply to reviews calmly and professionally, and keep clinical details out of public replies.
  • Invite satisfied patients to rate you, which Wellness.com allows at any time, but do not write or buy reviews.

About the numbers

  1. AI citations: the share of answers from AI assistants that cite a page on wellness.com, out of 23,227 answers in the last 90 days, to questions about the businesses in our directory ("what do customers say about ...") and to category questions ("best dentist in ..."). Search-result and help pages on a review site are not counted. As of October 30, 2026. ↩
  2. Cited by AI, by industry: for each industry (a directory category, or the national brands filed under an industry such as e-commerce), the share of AI answers about businesses in that industry that cite a page on wellness.com; n is the number of answers in that industry (last 90 days; only industries with at least 20 answers). As of October 30, 2026. ↩
  3. Has a profile, by industry: the share of the businesses we checked in each industry that have a Wellness.com profile; n is the number of businesses checked in that industry. As of October 30, 2026. ↩
  4. States: the share of the businesses we checked in each state that have a Wellness.com profile. States with too few businesses for a stable number are marked "small sample" and are not ranked; when every state is a small sample, none is shown. As of October 30, 2026. ↩
  5. Site reach: the estimated monthly organic search visits to wellness.com (DataForSEO Labs) and its Domain Rating (Ahrefs, 0 to 100). These are third-party estimates for the whole domain, not figures from Wellness.com. As of October 2026. ↩

Track every review site in one place

Grades.com collects your reviews from the sites that matter to you, drafts replies for you to approve, and shows what AI assistants say about your business.
