How does yearly billing work?

Pay for a year up front and get two months free: every price is 10 times the monthly one. Starter is $290 a year per location, Pro $1,490 and Premium $3,990, and extra locations get the same deal in every band.

How are locations priced?

Every plan covers several locations in one account. Starter is priced per location; Pro and Premium include the first location and add each extra one. The first 20 locations are always at list price, locations 21 to 100 cost less ($22, $56 or $149 a month) and from location 101 less again ($15, $38 or $100). There is no self-serve limit; email us only for custom terms.

What happens after the trial?

Pick a plan before it ends to keep going. If you don't, your account becomes read-only: you can still see your reviews, but replies, drafts and the agent stop until you choose a plan. Cancel at any time from the billing page: monthly plans stay active until the end of the period you've paid for and are not refunded; yearly plans get a pro-rated refund if you cancel within 30 days of the purchase or of a renewal.
