How it works

We re-read the full list
Each site's complete review list is read again on a schedule.
Two checks, then removed
A review missing from two full checks at least a day apart is marked removed and kept. One missing check is never enough, so a site outage does not wipe your history.

Google (a connected Business Profile), Facebook, BBB, Thumbtack and G2 are read in full every couple of hours, so a removal shows up about a day later. Other sites are read in full once a week, so a removal shows up within one to two weeks.

What you get

Every review in My Reviews, with a "Removed from the site" filter.
The removal date on each removed review, and earlier versions in its details.
The same archive in the REST API (include_removed=1) and in your AI assistant through MCP.
Removed reviews never show on your review page, widgets or public profile.

A removal is flagged only where we can read a site's complete list. Sites that show only their newest reviews (for example Healthgrades, Fresha and Yellow Pages) and profiles with more than 500 reviews on one site are still archived, but a missing review there is not flagged as removed. Reviews collected by our earlier Yelp connection before October 2026 are not re-checked.
