What it does

Drafts every reply

From your tone, your standing instructions and your past replies. Short thanks for short praise.

Defends your reputation

Compares each review with the site's content policy and drafts a removal report when one is likely broken. An honest bad review is not a violation.

Holds the risky ones

Links, contact details, legal or medical topics and anything that breaks your rules wait for you.

In the dashboard

The Review Agent's approval queue: a Google review with its reply draft and an Approve and post button, and a 2-star Yelp review held for approval
  1. New review, from any site
  2. Reply drafted in your voice
  3. Approve and it posts to Google
  4. Risky reviews wait for you

How it works

  1. Connect your sites

Google on Starter. All 54 review sites on Pro and Premium.

  2. It drafts and checks

Every new review gets a classification, a policy check and a draft within minutes.

  3. You approve, or it posts

Approve in the dashboard or from your AI client. On Premium, replies post on their own and only the exceptions reach you.

Constantly improving

The agent learns from every reply and removal report across Grades.com. Drafts owners approve as written set the pattern; what they rewrite or reject is avoided. Reports lead with the reasons that get reviews removed on each site.

What you get

  • Your instructions are hard rules: a draft that breaks one is rewritten once, then held as "Needs review".
  • Replies match the review's language.
  • Healthcare businesses get a patient-privacy rule: no conditions, treatments or visit details in a reply.
  • Approved replies post on Google. Grades.com does not post replies on Yelp: there, and on other sites, you get the draft and a link to post it yourself.
  • On Premium, low ratings and legal, medical, safety or billing topics are escalated, never posted automatically.
  • One notice per run, not one per review.
  • Every review is kept, including the ones a site removes: Review Archive.

Today the agent prepares each report, with the text and the site's steps, and you submit it on the site.

What you can count on

Replies you can stand behind

The agent drafts in your voice and follows your rules.

  • On-brand

Replies in your tone, with your standing instructions and signature. HQ can lock the voice for every location.

  • You approve

Drafts wait for your yes unless you turn on Premium auto-replies. Approvals go to the person you pick.

  • Privacy-aware

Healthcare drafts leave out conditions, treatments and visits. Our AI providers can't train on your data.

  • Nothing lost

A review a site removes stays in your archive, with its earlier versions. History is kept, never overwritten.

  • Fits your tools

Ask Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor through our MCP server, or connect the API and webhooks.

  • Secure

A private, encrypted database in the US, hashed keys, and a record of who approved or changed what. How we protect your data →
