Who uses Salesforce AppExchange
Independent software vendors (ISV partners) and consultants that sell solutions built for Salesforce. Reviews are written by members of the Salesforce community under their own names, and badges such as Trailhead Ranger, Salesforce MVP or Top Reviewer appear next to some reviewers.
Claim your profile
- There is no claim process for an existing listing: partners create and manage their listings in the AgentExchange Partner Console.
- Access needs a Salesforce Partner Community login and the Manage Listings permission. Log in to the Partner Community and click Publishing to open the Partner Console.
- The Partner Console is where partners create listings, manage security reviews and monitor solution performance.
- Solutions go through the AgentExchange security review, which tests how well the solution protects customer data.
Replying to reviews
On the listing's Reviews tab, community members can like, comment on or reply to an existing review.
- Salesforce's public pages do not describe a separate, publisher-only reply tool or a limit on replies.
- Reviewers can filter reviews by rating and by reviewer badge.
Review rules
In our own words. The official page is the rule that applies.
- Reviews are posted under the reviewer's name, as submitted to Salesforce.
- A reviewer may post one review per app, unless a later review reflects a good-faith rating change.
- A reviewer must disclose when the app is affiliated with them or their employer, or when it comes from a competitor.
- Reviews must be accurate and truthful, reflect the reviewer's honest experience with the app, and should be useful to others.
- Reviews may not contain information or discussion about the employees, business or stock of Salesforce.
- Salesforce may monitor, evaluate, alter or remove submissions. The agreement's review section does not address incentives for reviews.
Reporting a review
Salesforce AppExchange's own process, step by step.
- Each review on a listing has a Report Abuse button.
- Salesforce gives offensive language, fraudulent statements in a review and other violations of its Terms of Use as examples of abuse, and asks the reporter to describe the situation.
- Salesforce says it may not be able to share the outcome of a report for privacy and security reasons.
Tips
- Keep the listing current in the Partner Console.
- Reply to critical reviews on the Reviews tab with a factual, helpful answer.
- Ask your own staff and competitors' staff not to review without disclosing the relationship, as the program terms require.
- Use Report Abuse only for reviews that contain offensive language, false statements or other terms violations.

About the numbers
- AI citations: the share of answers from AI assistants that cite a page on appexchange.salesforce.com, out of 23,227 answers in the last 90 days, to questions about the businesses in our directory ("what do customers say about ...") and to category questions ("best dentist in ..."). Search-result and help pages on a review site are not counted. As of October 30, 2026. ↩
- Cited by AI, by industry: for each industry (a directory category, or the national brands filed under an industry such as e-commerce), the share of AI answers about businesses in that industry that cite a page on appexchange.salesforce.com; n is the number of answers in that industry (last 90 days; only industries with at least 20 answers). As of October 30, 2026. ↩
- Site reach: the estimated monthly organic search visits to appexchange.salesforce.com (DataForSEO Labs). These are third-party estimates for the whole domain, not figures from Salesforce AppExchange. As of October 2026. ↩
