Who uses Realtor.com
Home buyers and sellers searching for an agent, and real estate agents who keep a profile on Realtor.com through the Pro Dashboard.
Claim your profile
- Log in to the Realtor.com Pro Dashboard, or create a free account if you do not have one.
- From the left menu choose Profile, then Manage Profile.
- Use Edit Profile to complete the core details, and use the Credibility tab to add credentials, such as an NAR member ID, and to manage ratings, reviews and testimonials.
Replying to reviews
In the Pro Dashboard open the Credibility section of your profile, find the review, and select Reply. Type your response in the text box and choose Send email. Realtor.com's help article says a public reply is always available even though a published review cannot be deleted.
- Replying is described as a way to show potential clients that you are attentive and professional.
- Profile settings let you choose whether Realtor.com, RealSatisfied and RateMyAgent ratings appear on your profile; RateMyAgent display is limited to ratings of 3 stars and above.
- Testimonials are separate from verified reviews. You can add, edit or delete testimonials yourself, and you can choose which ones are displayed.
Review rules
In our own words. The official page is the rule that applies.
- Realtor.com says it publishes reviews that are tied to a client buying or selling a home, and it uses the transaction details to check that a review meets its guidelines.
- Reviews are checked before they are posted to the agent's profile.
- Past clients can review an agent through a review request the agent sends, or directly on the agent's public profile while logged in to a Realtor.com consumer account.
- Testimonials are different from verified reviews because they do not have to be tied to a specific listing, so agents can collect them from anyone they have worked with professionally.
- The help articles we checked do not publish a detailed content policy for reviews, so no further rules are summarized here.
Reporting a review
Realtor.com does not publish a process for businesses to report a review. Contact the site through the official page below.
Tips
- Keep your profile complete and contact details current so clients can reach you.
- Request reviews from real clients after a closed transaction, using the dashboard's request feature.
- Reply to reviews politely and specifically, positive or negative.
- Only add testimonials that are genuine.
- The help articles we checked describe no way to report or remove a review, so direct questions about a review to Realtor.com's Customer Care team.

About the numbers
- AI citations: the share of answers from AI assistants that cite a page on realtor.com, out of 23,227 answers in the last 90 days, to questions about the businesses in our directory ("what do customers say about ...") and to category questions ("best dentist in ..."). Search-result and help pages on a review site are not counted. As of October 30, 2026. ↩
- Cited by AI, by industry: for each industry (a directory category, or the national brands filed under an industry such as e-commerce), the share of AI answers about businesses in that industry that cite a page on realtor.com; n is the number of answers in that industry (last 90 days; only industries with at least 20 answers). As of October 30, 2026. ↩
- Site reach: the estimated monthly organic search visits to realtor.com (DataForSEO Labs) and its Domain Rating (Ahrefs, 0 to 100). These are third-party estimates for the whole domain, not figures from Realtor.com. As of October 2026. ↩
