Who uses ClassPass

Partner fitness studios, gyms, spas and other wellness businesses that list classes and appointments on ClassPass, and their front desk teams. Reviewers are ClassPass members who attended a reservation.

Claim your profile

ClassPass does not publish a self-serve way to claim a profile. The official page below explains how businesses get listed.

Official guidelines: classpass.com

Replying to reviews

ClassPass's partner front desk guide describes replying from the ClassPass dashboard: go to Reports, select Ratings, then Reviews, choose a date range, select Post a Reply on the review and then Submit Your Reply. A partner can delete a reply at any time, even after posting it.

  • The guide recommends replying to reviews that raise specific issues and focusing on what you have done to resolve them.

Review rules

In our own words. The official page is the rule that applies.

  • After a member attends a reservation, ClassPass asks for feedback in the app; the member can leave a star rating, pick feedback on specific aspects of the visit and write an optional review.
  • ClassPass says it cannot make changes to a review once it has been submitted.
  • ClassPass may take down reviews that break its guidelines or Terms of Use.
  • Partner materials say the community guidelines allow ClassPass to remove reviews that are profane, harassing or vindictive.
  • Partner materials say reviews of a missed class should be removed automatically; one can slip through if the member was marked present or reviewed before being marked absent, which partners have 2 days to do.

Reporting a review

ClassPass's own process, step by step.

  1. Partners flag a review using the flag icon next to it; ClassPass's community guidelines team looks at flagged reviews and removes those that violate the guidelines.
  2. For a review of a service the member missed, flag it and also contact ClassPass through its partner contact page so it knows to remove the review.

Tips

  • Respond to feedback professionally and focus on what you did to fix the issue.
  • Flag reviews that clearly break the guidelines rather than replying defensively.
  • Keep the studio profile, schedule and class descriptions accurate so member expectations match reality.

About the numbers

  1. AI citations: the share of answers from AI assistants that cite a page on classpass.com, out of 23,227 answers in the last 90 days, to questions about the businesses in our directory ("what do customers say about ...") and to category questions ("best dentist in ..."). Search-result and help pages on a review site are not counted. As of October 30, 2026. ↩
  2. Cited by AI, by industry: for each industry (a directory category, or the national brands filed under an industry such as e-commerce), the share of AI answers about businesses in that industry that cite a page on classpass.com; n is the number of answers in that industry (last 90 days; only industries with at least 20 answers). As of October 30, 2026. ↩
  3. Site reach: the estimated monthly organic search visits to classpass.com (DataForSEO Labs). These are third-party estimates for the whole domain, not figures from ClassPass. As of October 2026. ↩
