Who uses Benable
Everyday creators who share recommendation lists, the people browsing them, and small and medium businesses that use a Credibility Page as one link to their social proof. Directory categories include contractors, movers, salons, photographers, event venues and many other local services.
Claim your profile
- The business directory has a Claim my business link that leads to the Credibility Page sign-up.
- Paste your website and click Generate my page; Benable says it builds the page in seconds from content it finds across the web.
- Share the link right away or customize the page first. Benable says owners choose which content appears and can add business info, testimonials, awards and mentions.
- Benable says generating a Credibility Page is free, and that optional premium features may be offered later.

Replying to reviews
The Benable pages we checked do not describe a way for businesses to reply publicly to reviews on a Credibility Page.
- Because the reviews on a Credibility Page are gathered from other sites, replies are made on the site where each review was originally posted.
Review rules
In our own words. The official page is the rule that applies.
- The Benable pages we checked publish no review guidelines for Credibility Pages, since the reviews shown come from other sites such as Google, Yelp, Trustpilot and app stores.
- Benable's terms forbid contributing content that is fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes anyone's rights.
- The terms also forbid spam and automated processes that interfere with the service.
- Benable reserves the right to remove any content at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion.
- Each Credibility Page shows an AI-powered summary based on customer reviews and the share of reviews that mention each theme.
Reporting a review
Benable's own process, step by step.
- The Benable pages we checked do not describe a process for reporting or disputing a review on a Credibility Page.
- A review shown there stays subject to the rules and reporting tools of the site it came from.
- Benable's terms describe a copyright notice process for content that infringes a copyright.
- General questions go to support@benable.com, the address linked from its business pages.

- Check that the website you paste is current, since the page is built from what Benable finds online.
- Review the content gathered for your page before you share it.
- Reply to reviews on the original sites, where reviewers and other customers will see the answer.
- Keep your profiles on the main review sites accurate, as they feed pages like this one.
