Chart your reviews in Looker Studio.
Reviews by site and month, rating trends, reply coverage, location comparisons and what AI assistants say about you, in reports you build and share.
The connector is free with a Grades.com account. 14-day free trial of Pro, no card needed.
What it does
Two tables
Reviews, with sites, ratings, replies and locations, and AI Reputation, with every check of ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude.
Your date range
The report's date control decides which reviews and checks are read.
All locations
Point one data source at a multi-location business and compare its locations side by side.
Ready-made metrics
Reviews, average rating and five-star share for reviews; sentiment score and rating accuracy for AI Reputation.
How it connects
Create a read-only key
In your dashboard, Connect your AI > API keys, with the scopes
companies:readandreviews:read.Add the data source
Open the connector in Looker Studio, allow it once, then paste the key.
Pick and chart
Choose the business, the table and the options, then build charts like any other data source.
The connector only reads: it never replies to reviews or changes anything in Grades.com. Review text stays out unless you switch it on.

Where does my data go?
Into your own Looker Studio reports, in your Google account. The connector reads from the Grades.com API when a report loads and stores nothing of its own, apart from a 10-minute cache for your account so reports stay fast.
How fresh are the numbers?
Each time a report loads or you refresh it, at most 10 minutes old. New reviews show up as soon as Grades.com has collected them.
Is there a limit?
Up to 10,000 reviews per date range, and up to 25 locations with All locations. For more, choose a shorter date range.
Is the review text included?
Only if you switch on Include review text when you add the data source. It is off by default, so a shared report shows counts and ratings without the words.
Can the connector change anything?
No. It only reads, with a key that has companies:read and reviews:read.
