What it does
Filters you choose
One business or all locations, review sites, rating range, dates, replied or not, and reviews a site removed.
No duplicates
Rows are matched by review, so a refresh updates what changed and adds what is new. Your own columns stay put.
Up to date by itself
Refresh with one click, or let the sheet update every hour or every day.
One formula
=GRADES_SUMMARY("Your business")shows the review count and average rating anywhere in the spreadsheet.
How it connects
Create a read-only key
In your dashboard, Connect your AI > API keys, with the scopes
companies:readandreviews:read.Open the add-on
In your spreadsheet, Extensions > grades.com Reviews > Open, then paste the key once.
Pick and import
Choose the business and filters, click Import, and switch on automatic refresh if you like.
The add-on only reads: it never replies to reviews or changes anything in Grades.com. The key stays in your Google account's settings for the add-on, never in the sheet.
What you get
| Column | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Date | When the review was published |
| Site | Google, Yelp, Facebook and every other site we collect |
| Rating | Stars, 1 to 5 |
| Reviewer | The name the site shows |
| Review | The review text |
| Reply | Your public reply |
| Replied at (UTC) | When you replied |
| Location | Which location it is about |
| URL | A link to the review on its site |
| Removed | Whether the site has removed it |
| Review ID | How a refresh finds the row again |
Included on every plan
The add-on is free. It reads with an API key from Connect your AI, which every plan from Starter has.
Connect your AI →Frequently asked questions
Where do my reviews go?
Into your own spreadsheet, in your Google account. The add-on reads from the Grades.com API and writes only to the spreadsheet you opened it in. Your API key is kept in your Google account's settings for the add-on, never in the sheet.
How often does the sheet update?
Whenever you click Refresh, or by itself every hour or every day if you switch on automatic refresh. A refresh updates changed reviews, adds new ones and marks reviews a site removed, without duplicates.
Is there a limit?
One import brings in up to 5,000 reviews, the newest first. For a business with more, import a shorter date range or fewer sites at a time.
Can the add-on change my reviews or reply?
No. It only reads, with a key that has companies:read and reviews:read. Replies and everything else stay in your dashboard.
Does it cover all my locations?
Yes. Pick one location, or choose All locations of a multi-location business to import every location into one sheet, with a Location column.
